This brings me nicely on to share my latest crafty goodies. I have long been a fan of Inkylicious stamps, and have quite a few in my collection, so I was delighted to see them back on Hochanda for a two hour show last weekend. Several of the items I liked sold out quickly, so I hopped onto their website and placed my order. My goodies have now arrived and here they are :-
Here they are in more detail:-

This style of stamp seems very "on trend" at the moment, so I'm really looking forward to trying these out. The large "You" and "Hello" are accompanied by smaller words to make up sayings such as "I miss You", "You are amazing", "You are a wonderful friend", "Hello Birthday girl/boy", Just wanted to say Hello" etc... I think these are really versatile, and will suit many occasions.
Hopefully I will be able to share some examples soon.
The next set features a heron, and I think it's a lovely design. I love that it includes the reflection, and Emma did a lovely demo using this stamp on Hochanda. The other stamp features a log cabin which can be used either as a Winter scene or Summer depending on how you choose to colour it. It reminds me a little of the Stampscapes stamps.

I also bought this stencil with the words Live, Love, Create, Dream, Believe, Imagine. This will be great for mixed media projects. I can't seem to resist anything using these words at the moment !
Finally, I treated myself to an MDF lightbox featuring a lovely fairy design. Not quite sure how I plan to decorate this as yet. It was only £4.99, so a real bargain ! The one in the studio at Hochanda looked amazing !
I also received my goodies from the Clarity Half-price members sale. I admit some of them don't look all that interesting, but it was a great opportunity to stock up on "essentials" such as parchment paper and Groovi grip. Also got the netting Groovi plate which will be good for backgrounds.
Well, think that's all until next time !
